The mic offers an easy way to capture high-quality vocal and acoustic instrument performances. The C01U mic can be plugged into any computer without the need for in/out boxes or pre-amps.
The C01U works on any computer, Mac or PC, and with any DAW software program.
CommentsThe Samson C01U is for real--meaning it's actually in stores and available on line, unlike any other rumored USB mic. Samson is a company that makes studio recording gear. The C01U is designed for use in the recording studio on vocals and acoustic instruments, so It sounds great on podcasts. I know, cause I just got mine from SamAsh.com.
