Flowers and Chocolate:

If you're into the traditional (American) Valentine's Day, you'll need some flowers and some chocolate. But you don't want to enable the environment-wrecking, pesticide-laden cut-flower industry, and you don't want to buy chocolate made on the backs of child laborers.

Personal Chef Mark Tafoya, of ReMARKable Palate, talks with chef Donna Mintz about Persian food. But take special note of Jennifer's meditation at the end of the show, on the "sensual" nature of the "hand crafted valentine meal".
