Shrook v2.2 supports all versions of RSS, and the latest draft of Atom. Shrook purports to be "the only major Mac newsreader with fully automated podcast support." When Shrook encounters a podcast, it is downloaded and added to iTunes. When the user's iPod is connected, iTunes copies the audio, and Shrook downloads the text content of all the feeds to read on the iPod screen, complete with links to access the audio.
