In 2008, podcasting, vlogging and new media in general were effectively banned from the Olympics.

Are Twitter users anti-social?
Last week, Internet marketing blog HubSpot released their second State of the Twittersphere report (pdf).
According to HubSpot’s report:
79.79% Twitter users fail to provide a homepage URL
75.86% of users have not entered a bio in their profile
68.68% have not specified a location
55.50% are not following anyone
54.88% have never tweeted
52.71% have no followers

The Kindle book reader is a technological wonder - but some bloggers are beginning to recognize that the device is a bit of a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
The Kindle looks like it should be a new media platform, but it’s primary focus is old media.
As a result, supporting the Kindle is, at least for some bloggers, a waste of time.
