Boing Boing’s Cory Doctorow is releasing his latest book, True Names, as a free audio podcast.
The book, a novella co-authored with Benjamin Rosenbaum, involves galactic wars between vast, post-Singularity intelligences that are competing to corner the universe’s supply of computation before the heat-death of the universe.

British Actor Creates “Podgrams”

Actor Stephen Fry, beloved at our house for his early 1990’s stint as P.G. Wodehouse’s butler/hero Jeeves, has turned his creative attention to podcasting. Calling his subscribeable, downloadable audio a “podgram,” the first episode details the story of breaking arm on a movie-making trip to the Amazon.
