Podcaster and social media guru Chris Penn has posted his take on the future of podcasting, and says that “There are still hundreds of millions of iPods out there that have not tuned in, largely because people still don�t know how.”

Tim Bourquin, creator of the New Media Expo, is thinking about quitting the tradeshow business.
He cites five reasons - reasons that he feels “threaten the very industry itself”:

Podcamp NYC is coming up this weekend, April 25-26, at Brooklyn Polytechnic. Podcamp NYC is an unconference focused on educating participants on how to use, implement and share all kinds of new media tools including, podcasts, videocasts, blogs, Second Life, Facebook, and YouTube.
